Who ever would have thought that “pants” could cause so much confusion. Pants are what Americans call trousers. In UK, pants are boxers, knickers, undergarments - which Americans call “panties”… Some Uk men hate the word “panties” - probably as they recall “pants” being called that when they were young. A bit like dogs are doggies when you are about 2 or 3. I interchange the word knickers and panties often so that everyone knows what I am talking about, whether you arrive at my site from America or Europe!
