Soiled underwear in vending machines in Japan!
Apparently there are vending machines in Japan that dispense panties supposedly worn by school girls! Apparently in 1993 these sold for as much as $50.
Japan is home to a thriving “Bura-Sera” (bloomers sailor which is anglicised Japanese for the sailor style uniforms worn by most school girls) industry . Many magazines are devoted to bura-sera photos of school girls, holding up their skirts to display their panties. In Japan girlish youth is a huge turn on. Bura-Sera shops reportedly sell soiled underwear from school girls and even entire school uniforms. The appeal of the vending machines is anonymity and not having to hand over cash to a shop keeper, you an simply carry out the transaction in private (a bit like buying from a discreet online seller ;0).
Three businessmen were fined for selling soiled underwear from vending machines without a permit in 1993. According to many people in Japan the vending machines are still around!
